How to Get Your Old Navyfield Account Unsuspended / Back [ Completed]

This is going to require some work, this article is ongoing/in the process of being completed.

I have been trying to get this old account back for a few days now, I believe I have already reached out via customer support request ticket, I do not know how many workers there are or how long it will take to try to get the account back, I will attempt to update along the way of the process here.

So far I am gathering information and dumping it below.

UPDATE: ACCOUNT RECOVERED

Ok so I did get a message from the company it took a few days, and the response was good. Basically they said they wanted me to fill in my information to recover the account in the future easier, with that said the account was unlock/unsuspended.

What issue do I have though, well somehow the characters ie the little soldiers were lost or something, maybe the account was hacked and the sailors were stolen, i am not sure what happened but I do know that my bridge officer and my fighter pilots and bombers etc are all missing, most of my sub crew and my kita crew etc, I know that I had a bunch of characters some of them were recovered in the hq storage area I had some still in there so I am not sure what happened, it makes me sad that I have no bridge officer, and i lost most of my crew so i am sad to play again i think because I lost all the time i put in, I do have 2 premium ships, moltke and ticonderoga, but i cannot take them out with out the proper captains ie BO BRIDGE OFFICER being high level i think? i cant remember if you need a certain level or not. I will add screen shots for now i am sad i think irl and feeling failure is just hard so i want to work on getting stuff done like make my own game or build skills, so this is the story for now.
